Who knows the difference between health and wellness? anyone? Well let me tell you…..

Many people may think that health and wellness are the same thing or very similar, but there is a difference between the two. The difference between health and wellness, Is this Health is a state of being, because it refers to physical, mental and social well-being such as the absence of disease.

Your health includes the way you eat (your nutrition), how you move your body (exercise), and the absence of acute or chronic diseases. Wellness is the state of living a healthy lifestyle. Wellness aims to promote well-being and refers to the overall balance of a person’s physical, social, mental and spiritual self.

It is very important that we are selfish enough to take care of ourselves by eating healthy foods, doing daily exercise, surrounding ourselves with positive people, living in a healthy environment for a healthy mindset, and staying away from addictive substances that will change our lives. Mind and disturb your well-being and prevent you from living a healthy lifestyle.

Our state of health and wellness is vital to growing, thriving, living, succeeding, caring for, and loving ourselves enough to keep our body, spirit, and mind balanced to live in harmony.
