Ah….the warmth of the sun…the happiness it brings….everyone needs to let the sunshine in!

Many of us stay inside and forget how important it is to be outside and enjoy the sunshine. Here are the many benefits: 1. It reduces stress and therefore can also reduce blood pressure 2. It produces serotonin which lifts your mood and makes you happy so it can get rid of depression 3. It strengthens your immune system 4. It increases Vitamin D within us to improve good health And fight diseases such as rickets syndrome 5. Allows you to get a better night’s sleep with the production of melatonin from exposure to sunlight 6. It can help treat various skin diseases such as scleroderma, atopic dermatitis, Jaundice, eczema, psoriasis, and acne. 7. Improve your energy level 8. Sunlight can also stimulate feel-good endorphins and relieve pain 9. Maintains strong bones 10. For people with fair skin, exposure to sunlight for 10 to 30 minutes at least 3 times a week It will be beneficial and if you have dark pigmentation then longer exposure will be good.
